With these order statuses, customers will receive merchandise within 3 working days.

Order Verified: Your order has been verified.

Picking: Items are being prepared for shipment.

POS : Items are being prepared for shipment.

Status: Ready to Ship

Ready to Ship mean an item is picked and packed, ready to be dispatched from Power Buy warehouse. Customers will receive it from Kerry Express within 3 days. Delivery staff (Kerry Express or CEVA) will contact customers by the phone number provided to set the delivery date and time.

Status: Shipped

Shipped mean an item is being delivered by the method of your choice (standard or express delivery). Customers will receive it from Kerry Express within 3 days. Delivery staff (Kerry Express or CEVA) will contact customers by the phone number provided to set the delivery date and time.

Status: Payment Failed

Payment Failed means incomplete payment. Please contact your credit card provider to check if you have registered your credit card for online transaction.
